How exactly does one live Islam? How can we incorporate the teachings of our Prophet in our lives here and now? The answers to these questions bear much greater significance than most abstract legal or theological debates.
Islam is a living tradition that must have a meaningful impact on our daily lives from the way we behave and interact, to the way we understand the world. Still, many of us struggle to find balance and extend our devotion to Allah beyond ritual worship, benefiting from religious guidance in all aspects of our lives. By fusing timeless spiritual wisdom with elements of modern psychology, this program is designed to present participants with practical means to find harmony through achieving balance and recommitment to purpose in their lives.
