A mosaic of art and music

In a multicultural society such as Calgary it is important for Muslims to contribute to the mosaic of art, music, and culture that exists in Canada in order to demonstrate that Muslims have an indigenous selection of culture to offer that can be experienced and enjoyed by other groups. Art and music are a wonderful means through which deeper understanding can be created between people with different experiences. 


About the Event: Movement in 2010

This year we have a wide array of performances covering a variety of mediums including; art, music and spoken word. 

Notable performers to be featured in the event will be spoken word artist Boonaa Mohammed, dubbed by some as the

right on!
